Home remodeling can be a bit challenging sometimes. From finding the right contractor to work on your home, deciding which type of window or products are right for you and your family. These days there are almost too many choices 

We’ve made our process to take that stress away from you. We’ll keep you updated at every step about your home, navigating you without the headaches.

Step 2. Phone Consultation And Estimate

After receiving the pictures, we’ll have a conversation to dive into what is it that you want and any variables of your project. When we are on the same page, we will be able to provide you with a verbal estimate about your project. From there we will schedule the on-site walk though.

Step 3. On Site Consultation And Walkthrough

We have an on-site consultation fee for $500 that is prepaid prior to arrival. If the contract is signed and moves forward that fee will be credited to the job. Seeing the home in person helps form an idea about what’s possible on-site. The most important part of this step is making sure we understand your lifestyle, your needs, and how to incorporate them into your design

Step 4. Getting Your Job On the Calendar

The next step is scheduling your project. We will send you an email about what to expect and what you need to do to prepare for the project.

Step 5. Protect Your Home And The Site

We set up and protect your home before we start any demolition or construction work. We also seal any other areas to keep the dust, dirt, and debris across the house to a minimum.

Step 6. Addressing Possible Repairs

As we remodel your home, we might find unforeseen damage or issues that typically goes unnoticed until you open up walls or stand on a ladder and take a different perspective. We’ll document them and let you know about any damage we find along the way, repairing them if you decide to address them. This approach ensures the decision is in your hands and prevents hidden fees.

Step 6. Bringing Your Vision To Life

We get down to it and before you know it, we start bringing the design to life. And you can get back to your new and improved daily routine.

Step 7. Post-Job Walkthrough

We do a final walkthrough together to make sure we haven't missed anything. After we leave, you can do own detailed inspection to see if everything is to your liking. You can get back to us with feedback if need be.

Step 8. Welcome to your “new” home.

We’ll make sure everything looks great and is exactly what you want. Get ready to love your new space, and then invite your friends over to enjoy it too!
